We’ll shoot both residential and commercial properties, delivering photos that will enhance every listing. Our style focuses on utilizing natural light as much as possible to deliver an image that presents the best characteristics of a room or property. Every shoot is estimated on a case-by-case basis.
Residential
Our residential shoots include the following:
A minimum of one shot per room and outdoor shots highlighting the best features of
the home
Turnaround times of 48-72 hours so everybody’s deadline can be met
Minimalist editing to ensure that photos are aesthetically pleasing but don’t lose their practicality or present a false expectation to potential homebuyers. Additional lighting may be used on sight.
Special arrangements can be made for different time-of-day shoots (sunset, twilight, etc.) or faster delivery times.
Commercial
Our commercial shoots include the following:
Photos highlighting different angles that capture dimension and scope of the space
Turnaround times of 3-4 days; longer because of the generally higher quality deliverables
Minimalist editing, with basic color correction. Additional lighting may be used on sight.
